This policy applies to: Xituan (customer app, package au.com.xituan.customer); Xituan Merchant (merchant app, package au.com.xituan.merchant); the xituan.com.au website and related storefronts; the WeChat mini program; and the merchant CMS. References to "the platform" or "we" mean those services and the operator above.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses our platform (buyers, merchants, and other users). Using the platform means you agree to this AUP together with our Terms. If you breach this AUP, we may suspend or terminate access.

1. Illegal or harmful activity

You must not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to sell or promote illegal goods or services, to defraud others, or to harm people or systems (including malware, phishing, or attempts to break into accounts or our infrastructure).

2. Abuse of the platform

You must not misuse or overload the platform (e.g. automated scraping or attacks that degrade service), circumvent technical limits, or use the platform in a way that unfairly harms other users or merchants.

3. Accurate listings and conduct

Merchants must not mislead buyers about products, pricing, or availability. All users must not harass, threaten, or abuse others through the platform.

4. Restricted sectors

You must not use the platform for sectors or products we do not allow or have not agreed to in writing (for example certain regulated goods where we have not approved the category).

5. Intellectual property and third-party rights

You must not infringe others' intellectual property or other rights. You are responsible for content you post or sell through the platform.
