3. Orders and payment

The contract of sale is solely between you and the merchant. We are not the seller or buyer. Payment is processed by our payment provider; funds are settled to the merchant per our payment flow. We do not hold or disburse seller funds; we only facilitate the transaction and may charge a platform fee as described in our pricing. The merchant is responsible for fulfilment, shipping, taxes (where applicable), and customer service for the order.

4. Disputes and refunds

Refunds and disputes are between you and the merchant. We do not arbitrate or decide who is right or wrong. We provide order and communication records that may be used as evidence. You may also contact your payment provider (e.g. card issuer) for chargeback or dispute procedures where applicable; outcomes are determined by the payment provider.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, from transactions between you and merchants, or from disputes. The platform is provided "as is". Our liability is limited as set out in applicable law.

6. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
